Argh, I would love to have come. None of those weekends would have worked sadly. I loved it last year but we're going to Thailand at Christmas so we're doing all the usual stuff in the weekends before Christmas so weekends are a bit full plus my girlfriends family usually like to come and annoy me this time of year.

Well done for organising it Rula (and Tsunade well done for organising Rula). Please do this again next year :wub:

Honestly, making it a yearly thing does sound a great plan. Whether always on a specific weekend or always choosing in that year, we can decide after the 25th.

I was looking in to coming but the way it falls its when I am doing stuff with a Nephew for his birthday. I hope you all have the greatest of times.

The reason I have replied to this specific post is because I think the idea of an online Christmas meet or activity is a great idea.. Id be up for swapping animal crossing island visits and stuff and my misses would as well she has spent a crazy amount of time on hers so its worth a look... Also we could look at other things.

Honestly, Animal Crossing island meetups on Discord would be a lot of fun, as would just a general day of gaming fun. Would have to get something arranged during December.

I haven't played animal crossing in a while. Definitely need to tidy Chaos up (probably weeds everywhere!), but I'd definitely be up for Christmas fun!

Just bumping this to say the meet up is tomorrow if anyone else apart from Rula, C-M and myself are going! We're going to be meeting at 12 at Costa inside the Bullring on the ground floor. I currently have purple hair if it makes it easier for anyone to spot us!

Also, looking at the Met Office, it's gonna be a cold one. Not that any of us mind, I'm sure.

To make sure i'm not missing out, i'm also off to a christmas market tomorrow, and i'm taking Beaky The Duck with me.

The day is now over, and an absolute fun day it was. Mini Golf, retro games in an arcade (Mario Kart 64/Smash Bros. Melee), and some good food in burger and chips. Not from the Christmas Markets, though. Packed just the same as last year. Ah, well. Super fun without 'em. And it's not like we didn't at least see the Christmas decorations that adorned them.
