Towards the end of the presentation, it was made absolutely clear that the team working on Bloodborne is ‘Team Miyazaki’, the group responsible for Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls.

I hated how everyone was like...b-b-but there is no B-team. It's blatantly clear that there is.

Yeah, there was a great picture on neogaf that showed everyone who worked on demons 1 and dark, compared to DS2. So many people who worked on the first 2 games were absent from DS2. It really was the b-team

So, I've never played a souls game as I heard how difficult they are. This game is looking really good, how easy would it be to get into this? Is it going to be as difficult as the previous titles?

I read somewhere that this is not going to be as punishing as Dark/Demon's Souls, but still as hard. Read into that what you will.
I completed Demon's Souls. It can be difficult to progress, but it is easy to get into. I did have Dark Souls but got to a point where progress was difficult so basically gave up. I will give this a go though.

Yes?

That screenshot looks amazing, we're in the realms of playable concept art now.

edit: don't forget that the difficulty was toned down for the demo.

S: Neither was the last one. It was a robbery. M: Really? S: Yeah. She stole my heart. And my crown. (❍ᴥ❍ʋ)

Looks pretty good and once the framerate has been optimised it will be one of the PS4's finest looking adventures. I do hope Dark Souls 1 and 2 get the remaster treatment though - now that would be amazing!

It's so beautiful

That Cleric Beast alone was probably more inspired than any of the bosses in DSII.

God, the art direction/atmosphere in this game is fantastic. Is it possible to have different classes in this?

Do you often contemplate the complexity of life?

I really want to love these games, but the combat still seems really slow and boring.

I've always considered the Demons/Dark Soul games to be almost a homage to a time long since passed where games were just less complicated, perhaps some would argue a more 'pure' experience. Unforgiving gameplay, little need to weigh the player down with a contrived story, or less emphasis on whizz-bang eye candy Michael Bay gooseberry fool for something more subtle, perhaps more...real, maybe.
Me personally, they don't appeal, but I can definitely see why they might.
