A minor progress update. :D

Did some farming. Those wolves have finally decided to stop dropping blood stone gem twin whatsits and give me vials. At last. Made it much quicker. :D The talking window by the first lantern got smashed up by a beast. :( :D Decided to go back to the Forbidden Woods/Forest/Snake Pass DLC. Try and mop up any items I didn't collect. Only ended up finding a new path all the way back to the beginning of the game. :o :D So it turned out the lady I didn't trust I shouldn't have trusted I guess. Loads of dead bodies on the way. Seemingly dumped. I suspect I've missed important details in this side story because she was just on a table being mad. Being in the right place at the right time in DS was a pain in the backside for these things to. :x :D I've only got 2 NPCs to go back to the Church/Cathedral.

Wish I had a better idea of just what was going on. Anyway. I've got loads of vials stored now so hopefully when I face Bob next I wont have to farm again....... :D

Not sure if you're half joking but that's not DLC content.

That's one way of putting it. I assume you killed the 'beast'?

The window murderer then turned his attention to me. So I murdered him. Bloody vandal.

I think thast was actually the person in that window who had turned to a beast and then busted out.

Shadow of Yharnam finally defeated. Was much easier when I concentrated on one at a time rather than just attacking whichever one was closest whilst I was dodging around.

Bought the Kirkhammer. :slol: Decided to finally take on the strange looking thing in the distance below Yargh!ul! village. Through the hole at the back. Would have done it earlier but I had low vials originally and then got distracted with all the other stuff happening here. Turned out to be a dead Jolteon. :D This fight........ hard to say really. It did look cool though. Beat in my first go. Dunno if I'm OP for the fight now but it seemed easy despite the thing being relentlessly aggressive. Maybe I got lucky. I think I stunned it and then did a visceral attack. :D Dont ask me how. I just hit it a lot. That was it. The game then crashed on me. :D Luckily I just restarted right at the fight with him already dead. It was both cool and a bit disappointing that I opened the doors to find old Yharnam. Cool that it linked up. A let down it didn't go somewhere new. :D

I was unsure where to go next. The strange alien place? Or after Bob? I went after Bob and quickly found myself back at Uni again. So I thought I'd end up at the alien place anyway. :o I thought I did. Then it wasn't it. Menis. Unless this is just a different area of that place. But basically strawberry floating WORM THINGS. :D You'd think being locked on to something and swinging a sword at it would mean you hit it but nooooooooo. :D I appeared to being able to control the lights of the nearby building. Or perhaps they had installed something like this. Something strange then seemed to happen randomly so I got out of there and then decided to investigate the invite I found at the clinic. I just wasn't exactly sure where I meant to go. So poked about in the area mentioned. Typically it was a bit clumsy in its execution. Couldn't maybe have a spot with no enemies about? :D

Anyway. So I went to Ice Castle and its really damn good this bit. :D I got painted world vibes. :D Sure the jumping frog/spider/vicars are a bit of a dick but then I'm pretty certain one of them rammed its anus in face to attack me so fair play to them. :D I explored until I found the first shortcut. :D I look forward to coming back.

Without spoilers. Am I nearing the end? One of the reasons I went to the castle was that I feared might accidentally end it. I suspect this will do what DS did and just end and mean you cant go back. Which I always hated. So I don't want to miss out on stuff. Although at least in DS I knew the end was coming. In this I'm not really sure. Apart from maybe killing the Great Old Ones. But I dunno if that note was meant to directed at me as it was just laying about. :o

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

Serious reply - because you're writing in a joke style and not naming things as they are, I genuinely have no idea where you are in the game. What is the boss you just fought and what area are you in?

He's been to cainhurst castle, so he's quite a way in. Has rom been fought yet?

TWA does seem to be extraordinarily happy whilst playing. I think I can confirm who Bob is:

ah ok, I dont think so then. Cainhurst is a completely optional area, but its a great one. Hard to tell exactly where you have and havnt been without mentioning names but i think you have a good few areas to go yet.

Rom the dicking dipstick is dead. :D

Most of the time its red/purple but in some areas its not. Like this Ice Castle/Palace/Ghost Whorehouse the moon is back to normal. Also in the new place I'm in its no longer blood moon. But then I did walk through a magic door.

I really like Cainhurst so far. :D

As far as I can tell I've been everywhere apart from........ The door at the top of the healing church/workshop tower which is locked. The door down the stairs from the massive giant guy with the ball and chain. Thats down from the grand cathedral but on the edge, with the view. The stairs lead to a room full of jars. Not fully explored the Lovecraft alien world that the giant wall/floormaster thing took me, next to the entrance to the unseen village. Whatever is beyond the motion detector in Mensis? Also DLC land perhaps but I dont actually know what that is. I'm sure I've missed maybe some small secrets. I've only had 2 NPCs go back to the church. Unless this is like DS and there are invisible walls you are meant to hit with your weapon. Because if its like that I've missed everything. Also strawberry float that if it is. :D

Mensis? With those monster things that sing when they spot you? It isnt a motion detector mate  you've still a bit to do. Youll know you're near the end when something quite significant happens.

And there are no invisible walls.
