Do It! :)

Just to mention, make sure you get a newer bundle with the new C chassis machine. I think the Battlefield, BLOPS and UC ones all have this...just look for the physical buttons and matte hard drive cover. I can't believe how much quieter it is than my mates earlier system.

Just remember, when you've died 17 times in the first 20 minutes, don't give up. when you beat the BSB its oh so sweet :datass:

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

I wouldn't say you sucked, you just need to use the lock on and dodge more. Dodge to watch their pattern and only get one or two attacks in when you think it's safe. Also you apart to be using both the transformed version of your weapon along with the heavy attack, which is doubly slow. I recommend having it short and only using light attacks, i found it better to get more fast light attacks in rather than wind up to a big attack and get interrupted and killed while doing so.

And git gud.

To get gud is on the top of my level list  I was using the transformed heavy attacks as they seemed to kill things in one hit most of the time. I'll have to learn about when to use the transformed weopan and untransformed.

Don't worry about killing things in one hit, remember you're using a big chunk of stamina doing that so using two quick attacks may leave you a bit more stamina which can be essential for dodging. Also in a group of enemies, each attack well hit multiple enemies so again, having more stamina in reserve could be the difference between being ready and able to avoid being swarmed with attacks, and being wound up for one big attack that leaves you open.

Good point, I definitely need to think a little differently to how I approach the game. Cheers.

Have you beaten the first boss yet? Don't make the classic mistake that people new to this type of games make and try to get loads of heavy attacks in as you won't land many and just get hammered.

Now I want to spams today playing dark souls 2.

Nah, I got as far as the bridge with the werewolf things, died and decided to leave it until I play it next, as it was nearly 1am.

One tip I will give is to make sure to locate the shortcuts. I thought it was pretty obvious but I've read about so many people giving up on the game as when you die you have to restart from the lantern and fight all the enemies again, but there's always a shortcut to open up back to the lantern when you've been going awhile, and it makes progress much quicker when you die. For example the first shortcut is not far after those werewolves you died to on the bridge.

Cool, I'll have to keep my eyes open for the shortcuts. Thanks for the info.

Yeah have a good poke around and you'll be surprised just how much you can cut out with shortcuts.

It's the GOTY edition that is on sale so includes the DLC (£29.99 or around £27 for PS+).
