I'm basically using as a playing the dregs service as I am not too fussed what I play as long as I have not tried it before. Therefore, I am on the cheapest package and it has been alright for me. I would like The Raven as earlier as possible though, so I am preparing for disapointment.

I put six games on my list last night, one of which is green and there's been no movement yet. I barely read any of the instructions during sign up but I recall them saying I needed to have 5 in my "pipeline" before they'd send anything out during my trial.

They only send out stuff that's 'In Stock' so if it's green I guess that means it's a short wait.
I think. I'm not a fan of the system either. Stuff that's 'medium' can instantly come back in stock.

Just signed up to this, trying out the Priority service. I basically want infamous, let's see how long I have to wait...

I don't pay for the priority one and got it day one. I think day one is easier than getting it shortly after, though.

Will be interesting to see if they get me Ground Zeroes for the weekend. Will have been a good £60 saved in two weeks if they do. Great stuff.

I got Infamous on release day and it was the fourth game in a row I've had on release.
Great service so far for me on priority 2.

Good to hear they have been alright for people so far. I'll give them a try, no big loss if they're rubbish.

Bit disappointed as they haven't managed to despatch Ground Zeroes to me, yet.

On the upside, I really like their loyalty scheme. 999 points = 1 month free, and if you send a game back, they give you the amount of time it took them to send the next game back in points.

No movement for me on infamous, it's only been a few days to be fair and the site says 4-6 day wait.

Started my priority sub with 'em last night.

I picked Lego Marvel and Wolfenstein for PS4 as well as a bunch of yet to be released games.

Lego was a cinch to be dispatched as it was in stock whereas as Wolfenstein was reading 4-6 days. I wasn't expecting to get any of the others as I'd only just started renting and there must be a load of people ahead of me.

Checked the site just now and Wolfenstein and Diablo III Ultimate Evil have been dispatched today  But I wanted LEGO Marvel Superheroes!

Mine isn't going well at all. All of the Wii U games I want are all a Long wait. It's been many days since they sent something out to me.
If I don't get Metro in the next couple of weeks I am going to be livid.

I know this won't help much but you get points when they don't send you anything that you use to get free months rentals.

Ha, I know right?!

I'm hoping to accrue enough points to get free months in silly season (October to Christmas).

This may sound odd but what i do is completely empty my list and just have something like Diablo 3 which wasnt out when i sent my game back last tuesday. I have no idea if this forces them to send me a game for release day but so far its worked the 5 or 6 times I've tried.

I also have a feeling they will have more copies of ps4 games the Wii U.

Do you ever try and hassle 'em about it? When Love Film didn't send a rental I wanted, or they were late in sending one out I often called them to complain (nothing nasty). Most times that usually resulted in getting a title I wanted sent out the next day.

I've got them on Twitter and Facebook but not spoke to them yet, their social media customer service used to be appalling but it looks like they have a dedicated member of staff handling those sorts of enquiries now.
Like Pete said, I'm hoping that they'll see that I'm waiting, and therefore send out a new release. I mean I've got, like, 5 Wii and Wii U games on my list and they're not budging, I don't think they ever will.
