Anyone here use Boomerang, they send you games through the post.

I setup a free trial yesterday and added about 12 games to my list, does anyone know when they might send out my first game ?

Most games show as M, in stock or S.

They are good but very dodgy. They just changed my monthly rental from 3 to 2 and did not even notify me. They tried charging me for it too.

They're not dodgy, heard some good reports about them. I'll be using them soon.

Changing a customers subscription without an email or any notification, and try to charge them for it is not dodgy ?

As a general consensus the company operate a really good service.

I've never had any issues with them besides my first order taking a while to arrive, but I think that was more down to Royal Mail incompetence than anything on Boomerang's end.

Boomerang confirm they will be renting PS4 and Xbone games at launch

However not all packages will have them available, at least initially, due to the increased purchase cost of the games.

I'm with Boomerang and so far it's been a fantastic service. I got the new assassins creed game on release day and have gta 5.

They are horrible for me.

I have paid for it and i have not received a game for whole month and they expect me to renew my sub again.

I filled a formal complaint demanding money back as I did not receive a single game. Had AC4, Batman, Lego stuff on there and WWE . Yet not one game send to me and I'm on their highest subscription available.

Are you actually putting stuff that's "In Stock" on your list though? If it doesn't say "In Stock" (so says S or M or L) then there's a wait for that title and the wait will basically depend on how soon people with the copies of the game send it back, or they get additional copies. You have to make sure you have at least 1 "In Stock" game in the Top of whatever you've set your Service Option to.

Also, do you have your list looking at just your top 2? Top 5? Top 10? Entire list?


Personally I've had no issues. I got Lost Planet 3 on release day. Sonic Lost World is on the way to me now and the turnaround time is really good, I've always had a new game sent to me the day my old one arrives back with them.

I have the top 3 only selection but I've never had a problem even when I had it set to top choice only. You do know you get points which you can spend on a free months rentals if they take longer than a day to send you a game?
I've prepaid for a year for priority 2 as I liked the service so much.

Yes, I'm aware of the ''S'' ''M'' L'' waiting list. For example WWE2k14 has been S for the last 5 days and nothing.

I did get an email of them saying we will escalate this issue to the team. It feels like the whole thing is being run by 3 people

Am I the only one that thought this was about the kids TV channel.

The PS4 and Xbox One pages on the site are now up but games can't be added. If you try you just get a "This feature will be enabled soon"

I've started using them and they seem fine so far. I'm not bothered about getting the latest titles and will play anything they send. With over 100 on my list, I should be covered for a few months!

Totally and utterly slipped my mind the game I'm supposed to be sending to you. I have noted down in my calendar now. Will ship this weekend for sure.

I used to use them but had to quit.

I'd send a game back but the same one would come back again.

So I sent it back again, but yet again the same game came right back.

It was almost as if the game was some sort of throwing object shaped similar to a right angle. I can't for the life of me remember what those throwing objects are called.
