I love Track and Field on the PSOne. Certainly the version I've put the most time into.

Who will be number one in the world?

Erm, whats a "flim"? but other than that some nice stuff still haven't got any tomb raider games. Im looking forward to this weekend's booty as the weather is looking good and I get paid on friday.

Also @Ballon Sod PS1 track & field is for me the greatest example of the button mashers ever still to this day.

not too retro but i'm just back from a wee car boot sale.

not much about, but 1 guy was clearing his games, mainly wii and 360 games, mainly sports games, but i got,

mario charged football for the wii for £4.

metro 2033 for the 360 for £5. (heard decent things about this, although i see its got no offline co-op)

excite truck for the wii for £2.

all boxed, with manuals and mario even has stars points which ain't been used.

the guy had a load of games, but really odd pricing, i mean he had halo reach for £30 second hand, i think thats a bit much, but then on the other hand he had black op's for £12...

Today was AWESOME! Its times like today that make me appreciate how much I love getting bargains from the booty!

Image

21 mega drive games and the 2 books from the front of magazines for.........FIVE POUNDS. All except the sonic 2 cart are boxed and most have instructions. Also there were 4 pirated mega drive games, pictures below.

PSone - True Pinball and Street Racer - 50p each
PS2 - Mashed - £1
PSone - Demo One - 50p

Image

Yarrrrrrr!

Image

Pokemon Crystal, the guy was gonna sell me this for £1 but checked the box and it was empty!! so I bought the box off him for 20p

Image

This game stood out to me among the mega drive games as it was in a cardboard box....

Image

All complete too, might be a rare one!

Image

The guy who sold me the mega drive games also sold me the boxed mega drive for another earth shattering £5!!

Quite a good day today :)

For £10 from the local market (!?), I just picked up 2 NES pads and the wires for the system, an unboxed copy of the first Turtles game, a boxed copy of Super Mario Bros (in excellent condition but with no instructions, but other inserts inside), an almost MINT condition boxed copy of Marble madness that has clearly never been used, and Bart Vs The Space Mutants that is absolutely mint condition...except it's NTSC, and there's a big sticker on the front saying "UNUSED, NEEDS ADAPTER", which is a bit annoying. But the sticker doesn't lie; it genuinely is another seemingly untouched 20 year old game. How an unused American NES game ends up in a box in a UK market I don't know.

I sold my 500+ games and 25+ console collection a few years back, but I'm still in love with this stuff. Going to have to clear out some space :shifty:

my mate last week picked up a very rare turbo graphx express hand held plus 2 or 3 games and carry case for £30.

going car booting this sunday, taking £20 with me as i don't wanna go nuts, and i'm after 8 bit, 16 bit, gameboy/gamegear and N64/saturn games only.

thats the plan anyway...
