50 years of hardship isn't going to be worth it for anyone alive today. His basically throwing everybodies lives in the bin for some shot at future prosperity that may or may not happen. It's really unbelievable.

Amusement under late capitalism is the prolongation of work.

A new YouGov poll published by the Sunday Times today shows that only 12% of people backed Mrs May's Chequers agreement as "good" for Britain while 43% thought they were "bad".

The poll also found that 16% of voters think Mrs May is handling negotiations well, while 34% believe former foreign secretary Boris Johnson would do a better job.

Blowjob will be pleased.

It’s pretty clear nobody wants the Chequers deal.

Let’s have another referendum, all in or all out and answer the question once and for all.

It would be an absolutely clear choice then and stop all the claiming everything was what was voted for.

Exactly.

Option One: Remain in the EU. Everything stays the same.

Option Two: No deal, leave the EU, cancel all treaties and revert to WTO rules.

Option Two would be horrific but at least people would have voted for it, rather than Rees-Mogg types forcing it through from the shadows.

Yup, Corbyn is holding Labour back from power. I can see why some in Labour might have thought he was a good idea to 'shake things up' but right now things are more than shaken enough for the majority of the population.

The Conservatives have been taken over by rabid right wingers and most people can see this playing on TV every day. Put a moderate in charge of Labour and they will win the next election by landslide.

And keep Diane Abbot as far from interviews as possible.

To be fair you look how people reacted in the fuel shortage stuff and that if there are shortages in everything I would be very very surprised if it wasn't riots and strawberry float nuts ransacking coop and that.

I brought up the possibility of having to stockpile with my family on Sunday and the government sending leaflets through people's doors.

They either didn't have a clue what I was talking about, or they just didn't care.

I brought this up last year and was shot down by most of the forum.

This government is a complete shambles and there's no credible opposition.

This is the most frustrating thing about politics at the moment...

...well one of the many, many frustrating things.
