PostBudding writers of GrCade

Just interested in finding out if anyone would be happy to write for my site. I see Akolang as being a place budding writers can come in, get their work published on a regular basis and build a portfolio to move on to bigger things. At the very least it can be a place to just have your work published for no one other than yourself and the community.

The site covers films, games, music, technology and I'm always looking to expand in new directions. So if you want to write some reviews, news pieces or even your own thoughts on a certain subject matter then send me a PM and we'll get things rolling.

Some people have shown interest but I'd love more members of GrCade to submit articles as the current creative writing contest has really brought forward some talented writers.

Thanks,
Vek

Invincible had a similar idea, luckily you're not mental and could pull it off. I'm in :D

Wouldn't it be better if instead of having your own forum you just linked to this one?

I mean just having a dead forum tacked onto the site like that just reminds people that you're a fledgling site without many readers at the moment. I think it's more likely to drive people away than attract them.

Good point Herb, I'll take it down as like you say it reflects badly on the main site.

Thanks for the input.

I'll do it.

I did this by severing my real arms and replacing them with super-human cyborg arms.

I'd be interested in this in order to give myself something to do. I'm job hunting at the moment, mind, so when that finally bears fruit I may not have quite so much free time on my hands. In the meantime, though, I'm more than up for it.

Well the flexibility is there to decide what you'd like to write about and submit it whenever you want, so there's no real deadlines.

I'd like for anybody writing for the site to enjoy the experience and write reviews/articles on what they're interested in.
