I always preferred burnout 3 they should have remade that instead

I've got the ultimate box on pc which doesn't have all the content, and noticed the remaster is £12 on psn right now - is big surf island etc. worth the price of admission?

I'm glad I waited - it turns out that if you have the original on Origin on PC (which most people should after that humble bundle a few years ago) you can buy the remastered version on PC, which comes out Monday for £4.50ish, there should be a banner at the top of this page about "veterans getting a discount when they log in":

I also have it on switch!

I'll buy it on every platform until they realise they need to make a new one (preferably a spiritual successor or remake of 3)

The only bad thing about remastered is that the DLC cars kind of ruin the progression
