My shop-to pre-order still hasn't appeared so i think im going to buy it at asda then take the shop-to one back there if they do full refunds? Does anyone know?
I would just wait mate. You're being very impatient. For all you know your post might just be late and could come this afternoon. Also, shopto give you £3 free store credit if your pre-order is late so it makes financial sense to wait.
I'm at uni halls and all the mail goes to reception, they said the postman has been, they are great with packages, as they come in all day from the different companies. I'm just annoyed as i cancelled by pre order from Amazon for 29.99 because i really wanted it yesterday and i has last night and tonight to play it. I'm really busy next week and wanted to play it now.

They should refund it as long as you don't break any seals. Distance selling law says that you can return an item ordered over the internet within 7 days if you are not happy for practically any reason.
