The next title in the Call of Duty franchise will be Call of Duty: Black Ops 4! Treyarch is set to
revolutionise the top-selling series in Call of Duty history when it launches worldwide on Friday, October 12, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Be sure to mark your calendars for Thursday, May 17, when you can tune in to a community reveal event about the
game-changing experience coming in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Hope they don't change it too much, I kind of like CoD as it is. Straight forward, mindless fun.

Modern Warfare 2 Remastered on the way, albeit sans the multiplayer but at an initial cheaper price. That’ll be a £15 DLC bolt-on a few months later due to ‘popular demand’ then.

The MW remaster was exceptionally well done. No doubt MW 2 will also deliver.

I hope they a) add multiplayer and b) don't fix the broken perk combo that let you noobtube all day by switching classes.

They will defintely add multiplayer at some point, I'll be all over it when they do.

The news story I read yesterday said that MW2’s MP is perhaps one of the best ones...and they’re leaving it out? Something smells funny about that.

I won't be at all interested in MW2 unless they add multiplayer, i still remember how effective the noob tube was in that game and the chance to use it again would be awesome.

I have to say i'm a little cautious about this, especially since the back to basics approach of WWII meant it was the best installment in ages.

I think it's a safe bet to assume it will be a Battle Royale mode.
I couldn't care less about that to be honest, after WW2 they'd be mad not you keep it boots on the ground with Treyarch's point based perk system.
*edit* I can see how MW2 might cannibalize that style of game. It's a weird year to bring this remaster out as Black Ops is the biggest CoD series by a long way.

A Cod game without multiplayer what blasphemy is this?
Seriously want to play MW2 campaign as I've heard loads of positive things bout it, not that keen on Blops 4 tbh the third one was utter tripe.

I always loved my noob tube, well, that is until later games weakened it's power so much that it became rubbish.
I found it most effective at dealing with those run and gun types who jump around all over the place while spraying the scenery with semi automatics. There are times in WWII when i think, damn, i wish i had a MW2 noob tube to deal with this guy.
