Can you name this old ZX Spectrum game?

All I can remember is that you control a bird(I think) which can change into a fly (I think).

When you're a bird you can move through some things, but not others (which the fly can go through)
I remember things like spider webs, chains, lace etc which the different forms could/couldn't move through.

Quite basic graphics (I think it used that plain white background from the 'boot up' screen on the spectrum).

I don't think it was brilliant, I don't think I even want to play it again(!), just need a nostalgic itch to be scratched by finding it!

Any ideas?

Alchemist is a good try - I think that was rather better produced than the one i'm thinking of...

Maybe it was a spider and a fly rather than a bird and fly?

I remember the characters you controlled had 2 frames of animation, the spider was about 1 character (8x8)pixels in size and the bird was twice as big.

It's like when you get a really bad song you get in your head when you partly remember something like this!
