How good are you at avoiding spoilers?

Do you have to know everything about a tv show before it's broadcast, do you download movie scripts and read spoiler full reviews?

Here is a test... in the spoiler box below one of this year's big movies is spoiled.... if you click you'll know which film and how it ends. Do you have the power to resist the spoiler box?

SPOILERS

Just kidding, it was just a social experiment (and an excuse to post a picture of a guinea pig)

Wish my image sig would work

Is it wrong that I opened the spoiler box before reading your post?

Me too. Do another one. I'll resist that instead (unless it's another hamster).

I always open spoiler boxes as soon as I see them. I think it's because of the babe thread, regardless of the thread, I always hope that there is a pair of jugs waiting behind the box. The hope never dies...

I resisted when I opened the spoiler box and found a strawberry floating bitmap.

As for the boxes it depends on what the conversation with them in is about

I'll never open a spoiler if it's a game I don't want ruining. But sometimes for games I'm not as fussed about, the urge to open a spoiler gets too much, even though I'd rather not know.

I'm a spoiler whore.

When it comes to TV tapings for Pro Wrestling shows I usually glance at the spoilers to see whether the show will actually be worth watching.

I try to avoid spoilers for TV though, seeing as I completely strawberry floating ruined the absolutely amazing final few episodes of Lost season three by knowing all abouts it. :(

It was very hard for me to resist reading some Watchmen spoilers on another site earlier.

I suppose it depends entirely on how strong the spoiler is and what it refers to. For example, in the Lost thread, Doom posted what and who the next story arc was going to involve and I happily read that. If, however, he'd posted, say the details of the arc, and who if anyone dies during it, I'd have resisted.

I spoilered the end of season 3 of said show for myself. Not a wise move.

I always opening them expecting NSFW pictures. If it's just text I'll shut it straight away.

Many a time I've just opened a thread, then the spoiler boxes within not paying attention and completely ruined things for myself.
