Perfect game to beat those january blues. I reckon some people might be able to pick this up in 2014 if thet use the right retailer.

This looks to be one of the best games Nintendo have EVER made. No joke. The Wii U like the Gamecube is crunch time for Nintendo and in terms of first party games they're nailing it.

Seemed to be a few levels that really give off a Mario 3D World platforming vibe, in addition to the traditional Toad Tracker puzzles.

It's probably partially because it's so early in January, but this is my most anticipated game of next year at the moment :mrgreen:

This is what I thought. Friday January 2 will be a day off for a lot of people and I reckon some retailers will ship before the New Year.

That looks magnificent! I'm so glad that I've got a pre-order at Amazon for this for £25. I was planning to pick up Tropical Freeze for some Christmas Day gaming but I'm going to skip that and get this instead. I think that I'll make Papes 64 or the rest of Super Mario 64 my Christmas Day game.

No idea if this is because they are taking a break over Christmas or if Nintendo have seen the delivery problems over new year but Shopto are showing this as releasing on the 9th now.

In before the panic! The game is still on target for release on 2 Jan; ShopTo just haven't updated the release date from the original launch day of 9 Jan.

Launching on 2 Jan is still tough for most retailers, though; with the holiday period and public holidays, it'll be likely that delays in postal delivery will happen. I'm tempted to go digital... which is probably exactly what Nintendo want.

Weird that they wouldn't update it after all this time, even with trailers on the page advertising the 2nd.

Digital all the way with this, I love the look of it and I suppose I could still have a bit of a Christmas game' feeling from it as I'll still be on holiday at that point!

Yeah, I'm thinking of going digital too. It looks absolutely delicious, and I loved the toad levels on SM3DW

ShopTo replied today and they advised that they will ship the game to arrive by 2 January.

The 2nd of January is a public holiday in Scotland, and there's no post. I'm guessing Amazon won't dispatch my copy any earlier than usual, so I probably won't get it until the 5/6th.

Edit: Amazon (over Live Chat) have assured me that the game will be with me on the 2nd. We'll see.

It's £34.99. There's no sign yet that game.co.uk are selling downoad codes for this title.
