I also thought 3 was the best, but I did have that feeling that they pushed it to such an extent that the next one would clearly ump the shark. And it did. Though I still enjoyed Dawn Of Dreams it wasn't a patch on its predecessors.

If it were to be DMC5, then the series needs a serious overhaul. DMC4 felt so tired even before it launched

Xbox 360/PS3 needs something more quirky. Viewtiful Joe would be an absolute delight

I saw Viewtiful Joe in Gamestation earlier for £1.99 (Gamecube version). Needless to say I bought it. And I already own the PS2 one, I just find that the Gamecube versions of most games handle better (I do prefer the controller, for starters). A third would be marvellous, I wasn't fond of Red Hot Rumble. Wasn't there a DS one though? Think it was subtitled Double Trouble or something of that ilk?

Viewtiful Joe is awesome.

But I bloody hate the ending. All those hardcore bosses that you previously fought before, all there and you have to fight them all again to progress to the final boss.

strawberry float off.

It's more like a puzzle game than a fighter, though that's not such a bad thing as it sounds. Indeed, some of the solutions are ingenious.

I shall have to look it up, I'm always willing to give Joe another shot.

I looked forward to it and bought Viewtiful Joe on release day (do you want the blue or pink cover? 'blue').

For some reason I've never bothered to get further than the 1st level of Viewtiful Joe 2. I finished Viewtiful Joe, it's a quite tiring game to play and I never enjoyed it as much as either Gunstar Heroes or Streets of Rage 2, as I thought it would, and I never knew why. Might be because they're both easier/more relaxing to play and more above how you move whereas Viewtiful Joe is more stop start. I'd fight 20 baddies then with the 21st I'd be doing the same thing and not getting that much out of it - slowing down, speeding up, it didn't really matter. It might be that unlike Streets of Rage 2 it's not got that semi isometric and you can't walk up and down and around the floor so that makes it seem more restrictive. Gunstar Heroes had the platforms above you as well, but is more about running through the stages. And they both had co-op. I wanted to like it more than I did. It just angered me mostly and was more stressful than any game I've ever played...charmed by its graphics but not by its gameplay. I have fond memories of finally beating the bosses though, the lizard, the ...shark (?), the fire thing, the bat thing. That flipping helicopter.

New Capcom Vs Marvel. With the same sort of graphics as Street Figher 4.

And a Resident Evil 2 remake (using Resi 4 style controls).

That would do.

Though it'll probably be 2 new Megaman games.

I'm saying a REmake is one of them, with a new DMC being the other.
