Resident Evil 2 Remake | Review Scores Within Stranger

Resi 3 is hugely underrated.

Resident Evil 3 is the one that would benefit the most from a remake, since they could do so much more with Nemesis now.

Although I'd not say no to either of them, and with the environmental overlap we might as well have both!

I'd love remake of Resident Evil 2. It was my first Resident Evil. Think it's one where it has more memories than any other Resident Evil games, I remembered getting it for my birthday but I was so scared I loaned it to my cousin as I wasn't going to play it for while and he has beaten it like more than couple of times and has showed me many of cool moments, to a point where I finally couraged up and played it. (Also I rented PSone waaaay before, saying I'm brave enough to play only for me to take it back to rent shop next day :oops:

)

So, super yes to Resident Evil 2 Remake! Super yes!

To my shame I have never finished RE2 more than once. Don't think I've ever finished RE3. Nemesis scared the gooseberry fool out of me.

I wonder if they didn't do the scenario based style of the original would they tag Nemesis on instead. I always preferred playing Leon A and then Claire B. Having Nemesis as part of the package would be amazing. I'm sick I don't have a ps3 anymore to play the originals, really wish the ps4 could play ps1 games.

A proper REmake would bring me to tears of absolute joy but I fear that any kind of remake in this day and age will drop the static camera angles and tension for something more akin to the action oriented Resis.

Also +1 for loving Resi 3. Which also had the best version of Mercenaries.

I hope they go all the way and remake RE3 as well at some point and then release a REcollection for current gen consoles

If they stick to the same principal of REmake on the Gamecube but with current technology, I don't see how they can possibly strawberry float this up.
