I want an electric car... do they do electric Astras? I really wanted a Tesla Model 3 but I've got no chance over the next couple of years thanks to their production issues.

But really how do you find out if a car is any good if you can't rely on reviews or awards? I'm moving out of the city soon so will have to look into the market at some point.

Me and my gf were at a party and chatting to this other couple, as you do. After the party we were walking out to the car park and the other couple had a Cube.

None of them really understood why I got so excited about it.

I live in a fairly wealthy part of Cheshire, so Im used to seeing some fancy cars whizz about, but one of the neighbours on my road literally just pulled out a strawberry floating d-type and went for a drive.

Probably just a recreation but holy gooseberry fool. Heard the mummy strawberry floater rumbling for miles, sounded lush.

Has anyone ever had a set of alloys refinished? I'm just wondering how long it takes to get done.

There's often rashes of Corsas being stripped for the bodywork around here, especially the front bumpers.

I've had 2 wheels done on my BMW, I think they took one day but they were diamond cut so a bit more work than normal (or maybe there was some waiting during one of the stages). Normal alloy wheel can be done in just a few hours.

Need to get all of my Dodge wheels refurbished at some point as the centres have corroded under the paint.

Thanks for the reply. There's nothing major wrong with them but I'd prefer to get them touched up before trying to sell the car.

May as well use a mobile place then, they will come and do it quickly for you.

If you squint hard enough you can see the speakers cut into the parcel shelf.
