CEX Question

I bought Onimusha 2 just over a month ago from them and have just found out that the dics has a scratch on it.

When I reach the end of the Illusion Forest and enter a new area the screen goes blank and only the music plays. I'm guessing this is because of the scratch, which I did not cause.

Will CEX 12 month warranty cover this?

Just get the disc repaired at CeX/GAME/Blockbuster etc.
