I watched it twice...

when he hands the girl a toy in the restaurant at the beginning :dread:

I completely forgot about that.

strawberry floating hell the Dr in Black Museum, when he's cutting bits off himself in the mirror. Actually had to look away it was so strawberry floating gross :dread:

Just watched S02E01 - that was fairly good although I was expecting a slightly bleaker ending.

I'm fairly sure the Simpsons nicked that idea for a halloween episode.

Finished watching this last night. The Black Museum episode was pretty good in parts. Especially the stuff with the doctor having the implant.

My favourite episodes were Shut up and Dance, Nosedive and Whitebear.

Hope Netflix give more money to Brooker.

Just finished season 4

1. USS Calister
2. Hang the DJ
3. Black Museum
4. Crocodile
5. Arkangel
6. Meatalhead

I thought they were all good but the top 3 were much better than the bottom 3. I'm surprised in Black Museum they didn't adapt Pain Addict into a whole episode.

Why don't people like metalhead :(

It's the only one that's actually going to happen

I think Shut Up and Dance is probably the best episode of the whole show.

I think people liked it, it just wasn’t as great as the others.

I liked it. But yeah, it's nowhere near the best the show has to offer.

Watched White Bear last night - that was pretty grim even before you find out what's really happening but that final bit is really the stuff of nightmares.

Even though the main character turns out to be a wrong un, nobody deserves that constant living hell as a form of 'justice'

And just finished "Playtest" - that's the first one that's actually freaked me out.

Did anyone else immediately spot the little reference to White Bear and does that mean that that the two stories are linked?

All Black Mirror stories are separate and their own thing, but little nods and references to other episodes pop up every now and then. Other than one episode (you’ll know when you watch it!) they are just Easter Eggs rather than anything more concrete.

Just watched San Junipero, that's by far the least grim one so far despite the somewhat bittersweet ending.

I'd quite like to spend my afterlife in the mid 90's, just before the internet and social media took a over everyone' lives

Didn't really like USS Callister that much, seemed to borrow too heavily from previous episodes, saw concepts from White Christmas, San Junipero and Shut up and Dance.

I refuse to believe there wouldn't be a failsafe mechanism to prevent people dying in the event of a crash or system failure

Just started Arkangel and already spotted reused concepts from earlier eps in the first five minutes.
