Would generally choose BBQ sauce > tomato ketchup > curry sauce > mayonnaise. Not that I really eat chips these days, but that would be my preference.

You joke, but it's quite nice, especially if the chips are coated in extra vinegar.

My chip coating preference would be:

Hot Curry sauce as in actual curry > chip shop irish sauce > chip shop curry > plain with just salt and vinegar > mayonnaise/tomato ketchup.

Salt and vinegar with all of the above btw.
