They are very very similar but there is a slight alteration in the recipe!! The Flake dipped has more cocoa solid than it does milk solids....hence the more cocoa rooted taste!

Ah.

Crazy imaginations these Cadbury's NPD Managers have. Whatever next? Cadbury's Whole Nut special limited edition: No Nuts?

haha it is a bit of a travesity isnt it...taking out the milk solids and replacing it with sugar! Im guessing its probably cheaper!? Who knows!? Regarding NPD coming out of Cadbury THIS is what they have up next! Bit feminine if you ask me!

Ooh. No. Things like Apricot and Cranberry are a little too tart to go with chocolate, IMO.

One wonders whether this was created after a big customer gave the Marketing Manager and NPD Manager a brief, or if the NPD Technologists came up with that monstrous flavour combination all on their own.

I've had Hershey's before, and I think you got it spot-on in your concluding paragraph.

Here, something you may be interested in. My girlfriend came back from Tesco last night with this:

White Chocolate Strawberry Crisp.

Never seen it before, and I'll be giving it a munch later today, but it may be something you'd be interested in.

Im actually heading out to Tesco this afternoon....but I definately will not be buying that bar ..... .....Why!? Well im allergic to strawberry  I dunno why but I really reallllly dont like the look of the Tesco own brand chocolate...the packaging just all looks so horrid!

Glad you could find common ground with my Hershey review! If you have the time to stick that in a comment on the review that would be grand!

The Tesco Creamy White Chocolate is actually pretty nice. I prefer it to Milky Bar and it's a fair bit cheaper.

Comment added, verbatim.

Shame that you're alergic to Strawberries, but I've just had a few bits of that chocolate. You're not missing much.

I'm most disappointed in the scores for Fudge, Caramel Freddo's and Curly Wurly's - some of my favourite bars but they've been highly under-rated :(
