Alreet, my youngest lost his hampster recently so we bought him a new one.

I was cleaning it out last night and when we've checked it, it iss lying on its side and half its body looks crushed. (I actually thought to myself last night that I shouldn't do it after a few bears). Anyways, there's some clingfilm in the cage and it might have chewed it and a piece is stuck.

What should we do? I said just chuck it in the bin, but this wasn't a popular solution amongst the wife and kiddies. Surely going to the vets is an overkill?

Just bring one of the bears into the house, they're reasonably good housepets from what I hear.
