PostChristmas presents - whad'ya buyin'?

I'm sure there have been threads like this, but it's getting close to Christmas and I realise I've done literally no Christmas shopping. :o

I thought this could be a thread where people show what they're buying for their mum/ dad/ brother/ sister/ best mate/ girlfriend etc. Just mention the gift, the price, where you got it (if it's difficult to find), and any other relevant details.

I hate buying people crap presents, so I need ideas! Thanks.

Just got my sister a camera becuase she's always complaining that she needs one. About £70 from Currys, but it had a saving of £96 or something, so score!

The girlfriend loves (and has completed) all the Broken Sword games, so I just ordered the Monkey Island games from Amazon.
Mum's got a Fat Face cardigan and some Neals Yard bath stuff (she has sensitive skin).
Step-dad i've got a dvd and some horse riding boots.

Only another 8 people to buy for!

I've not actually started shopping yet and I have no money. :shifty: Going to have to borrow some off my parents. How ironic.

Should you get a Christmas present for your girlfriend if you've only been with her a week and a day? I've never started seeing someone so close to a holiday before, so I'm not sure on the rules. She has mentioned getting me something as well..

I've got my little sister the Sugababes album (£8 - HMV), my older sister The Mighty Boosh DVD (£7.something - Amazon), my mum a nice make-up mirror (£9.87 - TK Maxx) and my dad, i'll get him a nice jumper and shirt from Primark.

Easy peasy!

yes. Giving presents makes you a nice person.

So far I have bought a big box of lego, Ape Escape 3, Wario Ware, WWF rollerblades (!), various boxes of sweets and stocking fillers, a wildlife reference book and I'm currently burning the entire Beatles back catalogue onto CD (but I've lost my magic cd-writing-on pen, making it potentially the most confusing (not to mention cheapest) present anyone will ever get).

My brother and his GF are having a boy come February, so they're getting assorted baby stuff.
My other brother is getting a fancy t-shirt, and maybe something else, not sure yet.

Haven't bought anything for my parents yet, but they'll get some cups and other stuff for the house.
