Civilization V - Renting Pitboss Game Servers

I would like to play Civ5 with friends over a long period with the game alerting us each day when a new turn starts and giving us 24hrs to make a move.

I have never hired a server for hosting a game outside of paying for Minecraft Realms.

The best I can find is something like this. Which has seemingly decent prices. but is for certain games (Civ5 is not included)
