Cheers for running it Dan. It was fun, although I don't think any of us will ever talk to Drumstick again.

Don't be like that. :(

That Top Gun advantage proved to be pretty crucial in the end! I figured, given his previous comment about targeting the point-scorers, that there was a good chance Irene would try to eject me. That was the only time I was really in any trouble. Thanks to my various co-pilots who helped me along the way and again to Dan for running this.

I enjoyed the game even though I scored zero points.

I'll probably not bother with the next game (if there is one) as I can't type fast enough to be any use

Thanks for running this game, Dan :toot: I enjoyed playing, though I have to admit that I forgot about it over the last couple of days which is why I didn't PM you in my last round. Drumstick, I'll get you next time! Maybe :shifty:

Cheers Dan. Would have liked to answer more questions but cockwaffle Kezzer ejected me.

I like to think I showed Drummy the way as I was his first co-pilot. I am his Goose.

I do think it's a bit of an issue with these kinds of quizzes where the later rounds do become a contest of who can google the right thing quickest. The questions that weren't like that (the google maps navigational ones and the GRcade questions) were pretty amazing, though. More like that next time Dan. ;)

Thanks for running it, too  Kept me occupied during some really boring workdays!

I think the rule should be only one guess at a time, I was as guilty as anyone else but at times it turned into people just naming everything.

Maybe have a target for people to reach before they pass? That way Drummy could get it out of his system and everyone else could actually play the game. ;)

That would be good in the netball bonus round, too. It just ended up being people playing with themselves :shifty:

You have to remember that this is GRcade and that we are all playing with ourselves while posting. :shifty:

Thanks for running this Dan, really cool idea for a chilled out game. Congrats to Drummy too, deserved the win. Whether he deserved his job, however, is a different matter.

Moggy. :x was thinking about being spiteful and ejecting you but I couldn't, considering I'd got that far without winning a single point.

Good stuff. :toot:

That was part of my strategy to win the Top Gun advantage. As soon as Dan clarified that if a chain were to end naturally, the player that contributed the most links to it would get the point, I started posting 3 or 4 times in a row, so if a chain were to get to the end then chances are I'd get the point anyway. But what I was also doing at times was making 3-5 posts in a row very quickly and then deleting them almost immediately to try and trap someone into posting a link out of sequence.

It worked a few times so I'd count it as a success.
