No, I don't think earth is flat but I don't buy Nasa's composite/cgi shite either.

Wow. Somehow that seems even dumber than a flat earth viewpoint.

The shame. :dread:

He is definitely a bum lick.

Remember when he joined GR community, he used to annoy me with his constant ''look at me banterzzz lol xooxox lel i'm so funny guy'', he is the ultimate cringe.

Well now you’re just being a meany pants.

I wouldn't be surprised of Dblock thinks the Earth is a cube or something.

Honestly want to know why he's referring to Hexx as Majin Buu as well

But what is on the other side of the flat earth?

This post is exempt from the No Context Thread.

hahaha, Elon musk's fraud mission is being exposed. Someone leaked photo's of the car being in green screen. Hope you all understand now that I just don't say things for the sake of it. Scientist even said the picture that has all of the view on earth from 177km is absolutely impossible when the ISS at over 400km can't even get quarter of the earth on camera.

Musk failed, you lot even failed worse for believing this sci-fi

It was obvious from when the clearly fake image had a round Earth. We've all seen maps, the Earth is a rectangle.

Oh DJ, you're falling for the government's lies. They've faked the green screen of the fake Tesla in space. It's all actually done in a shed with pulleys and mirrors

I still think it's amazing that there are people out there who genuinely believe in these 'flat earth' theories. I can't imagine how something so ridiculous was ever able to gain any kind of momentum.

Its easy enough to see how these things get traction though, whats been happening for a while now is there is peoples opinions being presented as fact in the media. Vaccines and climate change are the big ones but just about any story will have poeple wading in with opinions and presenting them as facts. This isnt helped when things need to have "balance" so even if 99.99% of experts agree on something, when theres a story on TV or radio the one loon who doesnt agree is wheeled out to debate with just one person from the majority and the public sees this as there being a divided opinion when there is no division, theres everyone who is right and theres the one jackass who is given a platform in the interest of balance.

So then that jackass is a celebrity who has done a google search and instead of checking sources and taking the concensus they have stumbled across a couple of blogs that agree with their viewpoint, they tweet/insta/facebook/snap about it, their fans think everything they say is the gospel and before you know it theyre all over the place ebing treated like an expert. This has happened with vaccines, climate change and now the flat earth nonsense, sadly it will continue to happen as long as celebrities are held in the same regard as actual experts by the general public and the media at large.
