So I'm going to order some more USM. Looking on Amazon Volume 9 is Ultimate Six, yet looking at the bibilography/arcs list on Wiki it goes from Cats & Kings to Hollywood. Is Ultimate Six not a part of it?

Ultimate Six was a USM/Ultimates crossover mini-series but its events are referenced later in USM so you should buy it. And it was pretty good as well.

Still boring. He's tied with The Hulk as my least favourite major Marvel character. His best moment was without a doubt getting sniped in the head at the end of Ultimatum. I'm surprised his master tactician and strategist skills didn't make him avoid that

Yeah cus ultimate cyclops counts

How could you not like him in Second Coming? He gets even more awesome points from it from how awesome his son is in it. Also no Utopia? Opinion void.

He is a far better major marvel mutant character than say Wolverine or Emma-lookatmytitsandhowlittleiwear-Frost.

Speaking of Angel, anyone read what he is like in last weeks Wolverine and X-Men? He thinks he is an actual angel now and seems to have the power to bring the dead back to life. Quite a new powerset.

The teasers were confirmed too do nothing with the main AvX storyline so don't' take anything from them - Archangel is dead, well Angel is dead - kinda

I really, really recommended reading the Dark Angel saga, it will explain a lot about the new Angel character - Kinda, just read it, makes me a sad panda the greatest X-Men saga in years is not being read

I have done, but the last issue (not the .1) ended with Angel back wth metallic wings and not remembering anything, so not really explaining much or have I missed an issue afterwards?

Looks like the teased battles might actually happen. And the text that goes with this basically says Wolverine and Hope are central to all this, that Wolverine will switch sides and Hope has to make a decision (to embrace the phoenix force probs). Also no Red Hulk yet The Thing is there? Gota a feeling Red Hulk is going to die so Green Hulk gets called in to help and just happens to be on an Avengers team in time for the film. The Thing is probs there to redeem himself for his actions in Fear Itself.
