I've been eating mega healthy lately.

Nothing processed, loads of fruit, no added sugar, tiny amount of salt (just GDA). I do feel great and have lost 10lb in three weeks. Wasn't really trying to lose weight as it's not a low fat diet; loads of seeds, nuts and olive oil, but I guess it's good news.

Sounds like the diary entry of a crazy alcehmist from a Bethesda game.

Interesting if it's actually real, though.

Actually, are there any apps like this? That track what you're supposed to eat a day, you tell it what you've eaten and it subtracts that showing you what you still need to consume to get your GDA?

Nutritional health has always been one of those things I've meant to pay more attention to and never quite got around to.

I wouldn't mind eating factory created food like artificial meat if it had the flavour of the original. As I understand it at the moment are this stuff tastes like cardboard.

I enjoy food far too much to give it up. Someone should fry some bacon in front of him :shifty:

He forgot iron? You've obviously got to know exactly what you're doing if you decide to survive soleley on a nutritional serum of your own design! You can't be like "oh, my bad, I forgot the stuff that lets my blood transport oxygen to my cells!"

It's an interesting idea, but most people also consider eating a leisure activity (I know I do). So maybe in the future, eating will become solely an entertainment medium. A bizarrre thought...

Sounds like a whackjob; will probably be found dead on the side of the road from a premature heart attack in six months time. I'll keep eating the ready meals, thanks.

I don't see why this would prevent you from eating for leisure. It would just stop you needing to eat, you could still choose to eat from time to time.

I know you all have congenital penis envy, but for it to be triggered by cake? Sheesh! ;)

If the apocalypse comes and we suddenly find ourselves in barren wasteland I might give this guy a call, until we have tonnes of glorious food available for everyone. Humanity long surpassed starvation as a resource problem, now it is purely a financial problem as we make more than enough food to supply everyone on the planet easily and obesity is now a bigger killer than starvation.

I love the feeling of eating food so good I just want to rub it all over my naked body.

Doesn't this rely on you needing the same nutrients all the time? So if you work out and want more protein you have to have more of everything? :|

If you're incapable of making more than one solution, sure.

But then you may as well just eat.

You just add more protein to the solution. He was making it from the individual components.

Also the body can only absorb a limited amount of protein in one go so it wouldn't make any odds. Which is why protein supplements are a massive waste of money.
