Yeah I realise you can do that, but I keep falling off.

I see these videos of people running along, I try that and slip off immediately. :dread:

Use the d-pad for this method. :)

I amm using the Dpad. :fp:

Oh dear...

You don't have to rush through the level and do it in your own pace. If it's time trial, it will be a lot of frustrating. :x

My memory is failing me: are there some crates you can't access until later on in the game when you have new abilities or something? I don't remember this "Metroidvania" aspect of the game but I swear I've checked up and down some of the earlier levels for missing crates and can't find them, so I'm wondering if I just can't yet.

Some boxes can only be accessed once you have the right coloured gem.

Now sold in excess of 2.5 million copies on PS4.

What was that old slogan...Do Not Underestimate The Power of PlayStation. Or the late 90s.

Very impressive.

I’m sure everybody will want Spyro remastered now.

Beat Cortex in the first game at the weekend and loving it. I only ever played the early levels in 1 and 2 when they came out as I didn't have a PlayStation and could only play them round my cousin's. Still great for nostalgia though and I'm loving the platforming. Better than Yooka Laylee which, although I enjoyed, I just kinda stopped playing after the Halloween world.

I hope so! Personally, Crash never really appealed to me but I would love to see the Spyro Trilogy re-made!

Ecstatic for the trilogy to hit PC

Though err don't tell my former 8 year old religious N64 fanboy self that, he'd be so ashamed D:

I'd be tempted to try it out if it does come out on Switch, though that would depend on what other games come out at the time.

So how does this hold up if you never played the originals so don't have the nostalgia factor?

Very well I'd say, if you like platformers.

Loved warped so I'll finally pick this up on switch for portability.

I'll be picking this up on the Switch as well, I've never actually played Crash at all so it should be an experience at least.
