Yep, post details of your munching habits in this thread, and we can compare how many of our five-a-day we're getting or whether we're carbohydrate-chomping flabbos.

I am currently eating a dragon fruit, which is quite nice. Sort of a cross between a watermelon and a lychee in taste.

You only made this thread to show off didn't you? You and your super fruit... I tell you, I've noticed a disturbing level of culinary snobbery on this forum.

I'm chewing a bit of gum at the moment, if that counts.

That sounds strawberry floating lovely. Where did you get that little lot from (particularly the crisps)?

And no, I'm not showing off. That's easily the healthiest thing I've eaten in ages. My only other health vice is drinking lots of water. But I eat chocolate, sweets, cake and biscuits on a regular basis.

The ham and cheese you can buy at a supermarket and put together yourself in something like a George Foreman grill. The crisps are made by Lays and might be a South Africa only thing not sure.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...

If you must know, I'm eating a bowl of Jordan's crunchy cereal as we speak. They've been stingy on the fruit so I could do with some of your mythological 'dragon fruit'.

See, you're eating well too! My dragon fruit was more out of guilt (and I do like to try new and weird stuff on occasion).

By culinary snobbery I was actually referring to how obscure (or possibly completely fictitious) the fruit was, not how healthy! :P
But as I say, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

A crusty French roll with ham, cheese & tomato out of M&S. I can't even begin to tell you how good it is. Either way, it's good.

And a Mango, Passion Fruit & Pineapple Tropicana Smoothie.

One of the best lunches I've had in a very long time.

I had two really nice bread rolls from Sainsburys filled with Carvery Ham also from there. It was lovely.

Unfortunately Jordan's is not healthy at all. It has masses of sugar (much more than you would think) in it. I used to work where they made it (The building in the picture on every box is next door) and had to bung the ingredients in massive vats on a fair few occasions.
It is bloody tasty though and once a week we could buy any box/bag for 10p each (My Dad used to love that as he had loads).

Two waffles containing two fish fingers, loads of BBQ sauce and a cheese slice. Washed down with a bottle of Tyskie. (I honestly don't live in a council flat)
