Cheese on toast and a massive cup of tea. Heaven. Bought some more beer (Kwak and Orval) but I think in my current fragile condition I'll be saving them for another day.

I'm going to go and make me some cheese on toast! I'm upset because I'll be drinking again tonight. I feel so destroyed :(.

actually will, i disagree, i recently went on a jaffa cake binge, and tried many types, tescos ones that come in an orange box usually tend to be a bit crispy!

I hope you did this in the name of science and not just for your gut.

Three digestive biscuits and a glass of cold milk.

Satisfying.

Just cooking myself a Lamb burger and some wedges. Tomato Sauce, BBQ sauce or Burger sauce?

BBQ all the way. Mind you I'm not a fan of lamb so I'm unsure if it goes well with it. But on its own BBQ is the best sauce out of the three.

I certainly prefer beef, but this is all we have in at the moment. I'll report back later.

Ok, so I nearly set the kitchen on fire cooking this bad boy. I left the kitchen briefly to see if an offer got accepted on Dragons Den and came back to find the grill engulfed in a huge flame. Luckily I reacted quickly, dousing a couple of tea towells in water and I covered the grill pan.

Lesson learnt: if you're cooking large posh burgers don't have the grill pan too close to the grill, or you risk a fiery death.

I remember when you gave me the recipe for kebabs. I'm going to put that to good use this week.
