Unlike Wiggles this is my first time listening to the band but I'm liking what I've heard so far. Pretty cool that you got to meet them :)

I saw them live when they were supporting Rage last Summer (that free gig). They really impressed me. I remember it started to rain heavily just as they came on, and no one really cared because of the energy they gave off.

Anyways, listening to a bit of Anamanaguchi

As far as chiptune goes, I haven't heard much better.

I can vouch for that. Definitely one of the best chiptune bands ever, especially since The Depreciation Guild strayed from chiptunes with Spirit Youth.

There's a few folk on here do. Abs, Loire, Exxy, and a few more, so keep your eye out for them.

Considering dubstep = students & chainsaw noises nowadays, i'm not a fan of that!

Excellent, last saw them supporting In Flames and they were easy one of the loudest bands ive heard live.

And Gallows, been a while since I saw them and they are always excellent live.

Cool your jets there. What dubstep have you listened to that'd make you so disdainful towards it?

Serious, the stuff I posted's pretty damn good, not exactly 'students and chainsaw noises'.

Love the processed speech sounding like the robot eye that checks C3P0 at the door of Jabba's palace.

Your neext purchase should most definitely be Songs for The Deaf, its by far their best album.

s/t? I've not heard that one.

QOTSA are indeed awesome. Let's get some arbitrary ranking going then!

Rated R > Songs For The Deaf > QOTSA > Era Vulgaris > Lullabies To Paralyze

S/T= Self Titled

And mine would go

SFTD>Rated R>QOTSA>E.V>Lullabies

I see. Cheers!

It was a close thing between Rated R and SFTD for me, so I'm willing to accept your take on things.

To be fair you cant go wrong with either, both fantastic albums.

Also, rumour has it they are planning a UK tour soon.

QOTSA > Songs for the deaf > Rated R > Lullabies to Paralyze > Era Vulgaris

They're all great but the quality has definately dropped with tha last two albums.
