New album out in 3 weeks. First time Vibert has done anything under that moniker in nearly 7 years. Can't wait.

This is actually really good. (:

Listen to the Kate Bush original. The whole album. One of the best albums of the '80s, and with some of the best production of the time.

Just got back from seeing The Go! Team with Star Slinger and The Soundcarriers supporting.

Not a huge fan of the soundcarriers but Star Slinger was great and The Go! Team were absolutely phenomenal. Everybody was having a great time. Ninja chatted some gooseberry fool though:

"Everyone in the audience is smiling! Is this what northerners are like? Are you all just happier up north?"

As a Londoner currently living in Salford, strawberry float that.

I could have seen The Go! Team but I saw Esben and the Witch instead. I don't regret it bit that would have been good.

In other news, bought my ATP ticket today, so you know, i'm pumped and gooseberry fool.

Listened to that with my housemate yesterday. He thinks Waking the Witch is the worst track on it. I think it's the best.

I did listen to the original (song) actually, very good. Might give the album a listen later.

One of few metal bands I still love. A Snow Capped Romance is one of my favourite albums ever.

Went to see The Bonnevilles last night, who put on a damn good show for just two people.

Didn't realise Kyuss were touring, awesome. Looks like I'll have to travel though, nothing nearby. :(

Elbow - An Audience With The Pope

"I have an audience with pope
and I'm saving the world at eight.
But if she says she needs me, she says needs me,
everybody's gonna have to wait"

Saw The Go! Team last night, with The Soundcarriers and Star Slinger supporting. Really enjoyed it, and i'll definitely give Star Slinger more attention. Particularly cool that he's resident to Manchester!
