We've been over this, Majora's Mask is the only acceptable option.

Finished both borderlands games with the dlc and never did I find this to be a problem, the majority of games these days run off the checkpoint/autosave system and its easy enough to reach the next checkpoint. The only time i might see this bothering me is if I was going out somewhere, and was waiting to turn off the game but wanted to reach a certain point before I did. but the amount of people that found these games hard to solo is quite literally face-palm :fp: I mainly play for the dialogue...borderlands is always hilarious, something which is rare in gaming these days.

Hotline Miami Utterly glorious, Im really looking forward to hammering through this in the next few days. I have it on both Vita and PC, the controls on Vita are a little awkward so I sticking with the PC for now but it will be good to have a portable version for when I head away on holiday.

Ico
Decided to give this another go after only playing the demo originally and owning the HD collection since it was released but without ever really giving it a fair go.

Only about half hour or so in so far, it's quite a surreal game. I'm curious to see how the puzzles progress given the basic control structure of the game.

Sims 4. Nearing end of first generation. I'll be well sad when my Sim dies, she's now Elder with two children still in Teen / Child status. Hoping she'll stay alive enough for one to become Young Adult while other becomes Teen if not Young Adult.

Also playing through Fantasy Life and Theatrhythm FF on 3ds, looking forward to SSB4 this week :D

Best game of 2012.

I never found it hard, I just found it tedious when I had to keep playing just to get to a save point to quit the game.

Crackdown 2

The first was one of my first real 'next gen' experiences and I loved it. This is generally more of the same, however, I don't remember the first one being as strawberry floating INFURIATING at any point like this one is during some of the set pieces. As you get further into the game, it just seems to spam enemies at you to increase the difficulty. Mix this with a retarded aiming system and occasionally sucky camera control, and what you end up with is rage.

Still enjoying it though

Trine 2 - A bit... floaty.

Minecraft - The redstone gooseberry fool confuses the strawberry float out of me but the more basic stuff is a joy. Will be playing it between other game for a good long while.

Super Meat Boy

Got around to watching Indie Game The Movie and really liked the dude who made this so figured i'd get around to playing it. It's bloody good. My fingers hurt now though from running and jumping continuously for the last hour or so. It's pretty frustrating, but incredibly satisfying when you manage to finish the level.

Fantasy Life and Supa Smashing Brothers.

Spent about 10 hours with Fantasy Life so far. It is really damn good. Just started Blacksmithing and I spent like an hour raising my level. Really addictive stuff.

After giving Majora's Mask a quick bash on the Wii, I realised that I need to restart the game, but then ended up trying to get through No More Heroes 2, which needs to be completed. The low res graphics really are awful, aren't they?! Maybe I need to play MM on Project 64 - is it any good on that?

Ended up getting back to God of War 2 HD on PS3 and prefer its pick up and play nature with regular save points, so will get through that and complete my final GOW game for PlayStation! So far it is pretty good and I hear it is the best GOW title overall, so I look forward to working through the story.

Knack, I'm enjoying this save for the frustrating difficulty. I'm not really sure who the target audience for this game is however as it looks like a kids game with a story to match but it's probably too difficult for most kids to play, christ I died a couple of times in the tutorial. We're talking Souls series territory here :D

Lego Pirates on 360.

Decided to go back and try to 100% it finally, on third set of levels to get all minikits as well compass completed. Then I've got Lego Marvel to do next on 360 yay. (Though I might dabble on Crackdown 1, or something)

Gears of War 3

Decided to just carry on with this from where I stopped playing which seemed to be right at the start of Act 2. Playing on Hardcore but I didn't realise that until I paused it. I finished Act 2 when I stopped playing which was pretty boring in all honesty, nothing really happened apart from the same thing over and over in a slighty different environment. The game is buggy as strawberry float with enemies and friendly AI constantly getting stuck on things and not moving properly. Only another three chapters to go. :dread:

Metroid Prime

Not seeing what all the fuss is about so far. Very uneventful and the scanning is quite tiresome. Will keep going though.

Bastion

Pretty enjoyable. Music and visuals are lovely, and I like the 'narrator' - quite an unusual feature. Feels like I'm blasting through it pretty quickly, but hopefully it keeps going for a bit longer.

Final Fantasy XIII-2, figured I'd start playing it again as I had urge. It'll probably go away and I'll shelf it, but it passes time anyway so that's good enough.
