James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire on GameCube. I had this back when it first came out but I got stuck on the final mission so I traded it in. I picked it up again recently for a couple of quid and thought I'd give it another go. Decent game thus far.

FFX: Holy shitballs and I thought that lightning area was a pain/tiresome! This blue crystal place with the watera casting twats is even worse.

Darksiders

Nearing the end of this now. Really enjoyable for the most part, a few frustrations aside. I would get all the collectibles and such, but the aforementioned frustrations mean I probably won't bother.

Ass Creed Black Flag on Wii U. Made it to Nassau. This is giving me the same feeling 3 did. I hope it gets better.

FF X: I spent an hour grinding and thinking up how to beat the green bigfoot thing. It wiped the floor with me first time around yet on the second attempt I somehow beat it with all but the first step of my plan!
Part one of the plan was to cast Shiva and kill the healers/buffers. That didn't go to plan as expected (her frost spell struck single enemies, not groups as I had hoped) but I killed them both without taking damage. Unfortunately I couldn't do this before one of them cast berserk :fp: Shiva was for it now. Only she wasn't because GBT missed with BOTH suped up melee attempts which powered her up for two Diamond Dust attacks on the bounce which ended with a overkill :slol: So jammy.

Got bored with The Walking Dead and so have gone back to plundering my recently-acquired PS3 backlog, starting with God of War 3. Stuck a couple of hours into it and so far it's blimmin great, with possibly the most spectacular beginning to any game I've ever played. Graphically, it probably beats everything else in my collection and has pretty-much confirmed that I don't need to dip into next-gen just yet. My hopes at this stage are that a) it doesn't go on too long - I can imagine a game of this type wearing a bit thin, if it extends beyond 10-12 hours, and b) there aren't any massive difficulty spikes. So far, it's been challenging but without frustration, but if it goes all Ninja Gaiden on my ass, then I'm afraid I've just got too many other games competing for my attention for this to drag me into a war of attrition. Anyways, it hasn't yet so all's good.

As part of my on-going 'I-must-spend-less-on-games' initiative, I've returned to Diablo III (PC version); a game I bought when it first came out on PC, but one that I've rarely played, despite having bought the Reaper of Souls expansion. Turns out it's all quite good fun - who knew? ;) A mad-as-a-bag-of-kittens RPG lootfest but consistently gorgeous to look at (the level design is outstanding) and so very addictive. Great fun!

Zone of the Enders HD on PS3 at the moment. It's been years since my last two playthroughs (good then bad) so it was about time to replay it (before I finally get to start sequel which I've always wanted to play but never had chance to) :)

Yes, you turn into a chicken with half of it's egg shell still on its head. Later on, you turn into a football thing.

Black Flag is picking up. The main missions range from good to absolutely horrible, but I love sailing around destroying forts, upgrading the Jackdaw and all the other crap. Way better than 3.

I've been playing through Mass Effect 1 lately on PC, after picking up 2 and 3 in an Origin sale a few weeks back. I've played through the whole of ME2 on PS3, and did the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. Loved it, but when ME3 came out, I found myself just playing for like 5 hours then stopping entirely. I've never played the original for longer than reaching the Citadel, so being able to go through the whole trilogy from the beginning on PC was a tempting prospect.

I did the interactive comic when I played ME2 on PS3, so I can remember the broad strokes of the story, but my god, this game is the gooseberry fool. I just completed the Noveria mission last night and it was everything I loved about the series. Just brilliant Sci-Fi that starts from a seemingly small thread and snowballs into a huge quest full of memorable events. I'm excited to see what's in store at Feros next and I'm really looking forward to going through ME2 again.

Just back tracked and got the Old rusty ring, I remembered from last playthtough how nessicary this ring is.

About the hit up blight town in Dark Souls, I hate Blight town.

Got a nice build, lots of Vitality and Dex, rocking a Katana, still not ready for blight town :dread:

Just done first playthrough of Zone of the Runners, pretty good though it's too short. Ah well doing another playthrough, this time on Hard Mode to try get overall rank of A. Should be fun... considering SOS Mission 2&3 are bitch.

Black Flag. For all it's flaws, this is fun game. The trademark Ass Creed parts are crap, but the sailing and pirating is topnotch. Makes up for lacklustre mission design.

Just make a new franchise out of this, Ubi.

Was going to start Metal Gear Solid 3 HD today but at last minute I decided I wanted to play through Hotline Miami again this time on PS3 :shifty:

It's much better now I'm getting better with it, but I'm stuck on Chapter 13 :(

Sen's fortress took it's toll.

But up to Londo now, things are looking up.
