I always heard FF VIII was Dawson's Creek. IN SPACE.

I'm never going to play it though so that won't change any time soon.

I played it and my exact thoughts were Dawson's Creek in Space. But worse, 'cos FFVIII is strawberry floating awful.

FFVIII is a brilliant game. Better than VII but not as good as IX. For the first time ever, Suzz is talking sense about Final Fantasies ;)

Rinoa survives in space. Despite floating out there with zero protection or anything, and for quite a while. Even for a fantastical story, that's taking the piss.

They made the story up as they went along and it died a death. Squall was a moody banana split and, to be quite honest, I don't even remember the other characters because none of them had any actual character.

It really does puzzle me why it's so fondly remembered, what with it being the worst FF on the PSX.

It's just after that point I abandoned the game. That mini-game where you have to catch her as she's floating towards you just stretched my patience beyond breaking :x

"We grew up together? Why don't we remember?"

"Oh it's those damn GF's"

"What, you mean the ones we started using a few days ago?"

Metroid Fusion is just

Hated the final SA-X battle, though. It's quite tricky.

I hated the fight with Nightmare. I hope he chokes on a bag of dicks.

I also hated the Mother Brain fight in Zero Mission because it was ridiculously hard in comparison to the rest of the game.
