Im trying to tab out "I'm Yours" by the script, the solo isn't going well
And trying to play Secondhand Seronade on the piano.

Trying to play the Amen beat (the one they use in Drum'n'bass), but I'm still mastering the first measure.

I learnt to play Gravemakers and Gunslingers by Coheed and Cambria a couple of days ago, it's really fun to play.

Great isn't it! The main riff is cool, and the way the solo's rip in make it a really fun song to play. Plus the second solo has a nice finger tapping section perfect if you're just learning the technique.

I'm trying to make my fingers stretch so I can smoothly tap the Muse - Invincible solo.

I'm trying to learn the Maxwell Murder solo on bass, it's not to bad but I just can't get it sounding as good
Want to learn the whole album, it's great, learnt most of the tracks, Journey to the end of East Bay is one of my favourites.

After that, i'll try learning some stuff from Keasbey Nights.

I can only play one song - "Moon Over The Castle" from Gran Turismo.

That's the only song you can play!!? I just gave that song a listen.... not really what I would class as a beginners song. Can you play the solo as well?

I was trying to write some music with my bass and inadvertently played Transmission almost note for note. Then I gave up and just had a go at Transmission instead.

Last thing I tried to play (of someone else's music) was Lazy Eye by Silversun Pickups on guitar, and Grounds for Divorce by Elbow on bass. I only get to play drums at band practice so I just play my own band's music then, sometimes mucking about with the drum beat for Muse's Starlight.

Yeah but peter hook tunes his bass really wierd but the guitar in that is amazing

I can't do the solo, but when I was trying to learn the guitar I just kept playing that one song over and over and then my guitar broke and I've not learnt anything else since.

Cool, thanks for introducing it to me! I'm now learning the solo. The actual song isn't too hard but i'm awful at sweeping at the moment and can't do that part of the solo... yet.
