Fork and naan.

Where is my option?

If it's an indian curry then it'll be with a fork and naan bread. If it's a more watery Chinese curry (that I'm not overly fond of) I will use a desert spoon and knife.

Usually fork.

Anyone tried eating curry using ridged crisps as a utensil?

My top tip of the week for maximum cha-ching.

When I've experienced Chinese curry they have all been packed with mountains of large onions, which I don't like, as well as having less thick sauce. It's easier to avoid onions and pick up rice/meat with a spoon when being picky of what you want to eat. It's partly why I enjoy indian curry more, the flavours are less oniony and easier to consume.

A Chinese curry should never be watery, though.

And Indian curry is generally full of onion.

Indian curry has lots more vegetables in general, I can't feel the texture of onions so I don't really mind that they are there.

There are lots of Chinese curries that aren't very thick at all. I know this because I've ate them.

There's a difference between a sauce not being thick, and being watery. If it's watery then it's just badly cooked.
