The absolute artistry and perfection of Night City's sprawling design and Jen's still not happy.

Lol. Gta 5's world felt way more alive than the OG version of this.

Where have I said that? I've praised the city plenty, even on launch there was a lot to recommend it. But the lack of a busy feel to the roads is a definite mark against it, don't see the harm in pointing that out.

I spend a lot more time just walking around as it's much easier to get lost in the atmosphere then

Sorry, I meant that to sound more playful than confrontational. I just completely adore this game.

I find this too. Walking round is a great way to soak in the design and atmosphere of the city. So many times I just stop and take in the view. It's just such a more interesting location than GTA5 was for me.

Did anyone else watch Edgerunners? Pretty much every scene in the anime is a physical place you can visit in game. I've watched it three times

Largely what I do, just go to what would normally be places I'd run straight past in any other game, and just get in to that feeling of being there. Watching nutters shouting at people, vehicles flying around, people eating.

It's a superb accompaniment to the game, highly recommend everyone watches it (even if you don't like anime).

I think I’m finally gonna delve into this but can’t decide whether to go PS5 or PC + Steam Deck

I'm a PS5 player and haven't had any complaints at all, for what that's worth to you. Runs smooth, looks great, loads quick.

Some great dual sense integration also if that’s a thing that appeals to you.

Act 1 is the intro. Act 2 is the actual game. Enjoy.

I'm loving this game so much, totally absorbed in the world and mildly obsessed with taking photos of the NPCs.

JUst did the mission Automatic Love and the one after it where you have to rescue Evelyn. I upgraded a lot of my weapons including my throwing knife up to tier 3, so I'm one shotting enemies by throwing knives at their heads now :datass:

Above quest spoiler images and mildly NSFW:

You have an incredible eye for screenshots. Amazing.

I used the throwing knives pretty exclusively on my second play. They were deadly.

I bought this ages ago but havent touched it. What are some early game tips to become overpowered?

I still haven't touched the throwing knives option and I'm on my third play through now!

Started Phantom Liberty last night. Stringer Bell :datass:

About 25 hours in now and 2.1 was the stealth GOTY 2023.
