I hate Charlie brooker but I'd dig a serious game review show with a panel. A review and E-sports show would be good, maybe not E-Sports but at least a couple of teams that have high skilled team mates. They could elect one for each 'challenge'.

Watching this tonight, it's not completely devoid of merit, a bit cringeworthy in places but will watch next week. Rotating the stage between games and watching the 'celebs' act funny everytime is hilarious, not!

Nice to see Ellie Gibson on the show.

Ellie Gibson, the one person on video game nation who seemed to actively dislike games, lands this job.

The stage rotation thing might be ok if they did it once an episode, but not every time they decide to play a game.

Calling it "Go 8 Bit" is a gooseberry fool name for the show if they are going to play Tekken and Star Wars Battlefront.

Other than that, this was a pretty good show, a few rough edges that could be made better but was entertaining enough. And while I wouldn't wear it, I want that Tetris t-shirt.

I quite like this show. I'm watching it at the moment and it is rather fun.

I thought it was fairly crap, desperately unfunny. I don't see why they just can't do a 'Film 20xx' style show, not this cringey drivel.

It's very watchable. Chuckie Egg was a bit hard to follow in split screen mode, but other than that it was quite enjoyable. The spinning stage thing is shite.

My main criticism is the "expert" saying most Star Wars games were gooseberry fool, when a massive amount of them had the hand of one of the most fondly remembered software houses behind them somewhere along the line. That's the only bit that rankled with me - I nearly said something to the person I was watching it with, but I was watching with my dad and he genuinely doesn't care...

Decent 2nd episode, had some more suitable games on.

Just watching some of this now, first time I've seen any of it. It's not horrendous, but not good either. Guests you've never heard of, unfunny comedians, Ellie Gibson trying to be funny in what seems like an uncessary role, and far too much inane chatter.

Baffling that nobody's taken a punt on a half-decent, serious(ish) games show.

I've watched bits of this twice and it is pretty crap. I can't see this being renewed. Is this really the best they could come up with for a video game, game show?

Watched the first episode. It was okay, but largely forgettable.

It does a grand job of highlighting that watching other people play videogames is as dull as dishwater.

I watch twitch constantly so have to disagree with that statement.
