I noticed Virgin recording this from my previous series link but I just have zero interest after last season. Will likely just delete it.

Just started watching the second show, and I'm kind of aghast at how badly Zoe Lyons failed to play Gran Turismo.

What gives it away, if he has it barely shows.

I'm just glad Petercrisp wasn't here to see what he said about him.

Just watching the latest one. It's much better this series. But I have to wonder, do the Oliver twins have a stake in the production company or something? They've been featured a disproportionate amount.

Go 8 Bit DLC is terrible.

I've kind of warmed to it, but they need to drop the comedy skits and just chat more.

Haven't watched either of this week's, but I've noticed a theme where the female guest nearly always chooses a mobile game.

It was like something thrown together on public access of old, only with no Wayne or Garth.

What did he say?
Was it something devastating as I'm now curious to know what he said or are you just referring to the virgin remark which is indeed a valid comment if a tad unnecessary.

I quite enjoy the DLC show - it's lo-fi and shitty, but quite fun.

Watching them play Tomb Raider was painful!

The fact they get a cheer for pulling a leaver really shows the poor level of gamers

PLAY | Final Fantasy VII Rebirth [92h]
WATCH | Ted Lasso S2, HiJack S1, The Apprentice S18
RACE | Westonbirt Half (March), Chew Valley 10k (June), GNR (Sept), Cardiff Half (Oct)

My brother was telling me about that segment. I'd get it if young kids raised on modern analog controls struggled with older control schemes but surely these are people from a generation that grew up with these games.

I'm quite skeptical as to the legitimacy of this show whenever I've seen it because of just how bad these people are at what they claim to be their favourite games. Surely you should be at least competent at your favourite game.

I do wonder if the games the choose are their favourite games, as one woman on there lost on her favourite game and then complained that it wasn't her favourite game and that her favourite game was Kickle Cubicle and she wasn't allowed to pick it as it was too obscure.

At least Liza Tarbuck appeared to have some genuine history of gaming. Despite her constantly saying Bomb Jacks.

I love when people get game names wrong. The most common example I've encountered is people professing their love of "Alex the kid".

Should have them play Dark Souls, in fact make it a regular feature. Throw them in against a different boss each week and just see how long they survive.

I agree that a younger generation would struggle but not to the extent these so called gamers did.
Especially as it's one of their favourite games

To be fair they did play ghosts and goblins in one episode and that game is nails
