Not sure if i want to get this, I was buzzing when it was announced, but after reading some reviews and maf saying how slow it is compared to DS3 im not so sure

On my play through I must have been so fortunate as I didn't get hit once by them, I just run up the beam and rolled through the arrows irrc. I remember when reading up on tactics for you know who, that people hated that bit. Sounds like I dodged a

Bought it on the 360 and got really frustrated with it. Mainly because I had no idea what i was supposed to be doing etc so it got binned quickly.
Only really BB that got me into these games.

Yeah was going to stream more tonight but I think I'm going to the cinema so it might be tomorrow night instead. Going to do Darkroot Garden then Sen's Fortress next.
Change of plan, I'll probably be playing later because my work ran out of Odeon half price codes for today and am I strawberry float paying £12 to go and see a film I've already seen

I've been throwing souls at Pyro (now +5 Ascended)...
It's different (I couldn't be a sorcerer again!) - but the range thing feels overly limited. I miss the sparkles.
I've also been playing with a Dex weapon (Balder's Side Sword?) and it just makes me wish I'd done that from that start rather than poor man's ranged stuff.
Why isn't there a reset option.
One day I'm going to make a Knight/Pally with Faith/Str
Darkroot Clearer out now, and the Anor Londo.
Might try Valley of Drakes (small if I recall), Great Hollow or Painted World next...although I should go unlock that Shortcut before I change Covenant.

Progress with Remastered:
0. Spent a solid 15 minutes in the character editor making my anime girl as cute as possible
1. Went Thief to get the Master Key, freeing up my item slot for the Old Witch's Ring.
2. GET PLUNGED ASYLUM DEMON
3. Got the Zweihander and the Winged Spear from the Graveyard.
4. Headed down to the Valley of the Drakes and grabbed Astora's Straight Sword and the Dragon Crest Shield.
5. Beat the Black Knight in Undead Burg.
6. GET PLUNGED TAURUS DEMON
7. IF ONLY I COULD BE SO GROSSLY INCANDESCENT
Gonna try to cheese Havel next to get his ring early.
Fighting the Black Knight made it obvious just how much harder the pure rolly-polly Dex play style is compared to the classic block-and-punish with a decent shield. Bandit's Knife + Target Shield was a mess, died about 6 times, could barely make a scratch on him apart from the easy backstab at the start. Switched it up to Astora's Straight Sword + Dragon Crest Shield and did it first time.
