Combos are a staple of the first two games, so I'd expect to see them return - probably in their own video. This one was showing off her default whip, which I expect we'll get different versions of as we progress, and get more power-ups for as we level up.

Also, judging by the blades on her back, we'll probably get access to at least some of the same kinds of alternative weapons as her brothers.

I know Death and War both had pistols, and that Fury will likely also have a sidearm, but I'd appreciate it if she and Strife could both wield something a bit different in their place, if for no other reason than to differentiate them a bit more.

I've not played any of the Darksiders series but this looks pretty cool. I like the styling of the game - it appears a wee bit retro but with a lot of modern enhancements - and I'm keen to see more.

The first game is essentially Zelda wearing World of Warcraft's visual design, you'd probably like it.

. That sounds neat and I've noticed Alvin's comment about Fury's Collection (Darksiders I and II) being on the PS4 PlayStation Store for £15.99. Hmmn... it's tempting.

Finally found the time to get back into Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition, about to face Basileus and Achidna in the Psychomeron.

Really starting to appreciate how good a sequel this is. Sure it ain't perfect by any stretch, but damn is it enjoyable.

A $499 special edition with 11 inch statues of War, Death, Fury and Vulgrim. I wish they'd included Strife as well. Those on top of some neat other swag.

The promo video for Apocalypse Edition is *gooseberry fool*. I mean, what are the materials being used? Who's sculpting? As it is, it could be a glorified action doll (with zero articulation points!) which they're charging mega bucks for because LIMITED EDITIONZ. Pfft. Oh and Death figurine looks like garbage. Good job on that, THQN.

Yeah, that $400 version looks comically gooseberry fool. A few dodgy figurines, a poster and an artbook for more than the price of a PS4 Pro and game.

Urgh.

Just the basic game for me, I couldn't justify paying £400 for 1 game and a few figures.

I'll be honest, as much as I love Darksiders, that new trailer did nothing for me. I'll buy the base game and enjoy it, but they need to come up with a better trailer team.

Good video, that, really made sense of the Flame Hollow trailer. Looking forward to this a bit more now.
