Not even a release date and the game's already gone gold.

Seriously though, I strongly believe there'll be a collaborative online element that has some kind of impact on the open-world. Although I'm moreso wanting to see an overview of the moment-to-moment gameplay at this stage.

I've looked on the US and UK (web) versions of the PS Store and can't see the game listed. Maybe that listing was released by mistake and then pulled? I wonder what release date was quoted?

Yes it was only up briefly, and there was no release date quoted. Presumably when they release the new trailer later today they'll also announce a release date and put the game up for pre-order.

There's a lot more being shown on that PlayStation Twitch stream now, some glimpses of gameplay, melee combat and what looks like a motorbike driving around.

I'm surprised this game seems to be nearly done. It would be a nice thing to witness if they managed to reign in Kojimas excess.

I think it was because of the game's engine that Kojima managed to surprise Sony at how nearly completed the game is.

I think the engine was the same one as the one in Horizon Zero Dawn?

I don't think so. I would think that Kojima would probably still working on Silent Hills.

This game is the result of Silent Hills. Both have Reedus and del Toro working with Kojima. Probably shifting focus from horror to mysterious sci-fi fare?
