Destiny 2: The Witch Queen out now

I’m on Light 282 but I’ve done the most of activities apart from Nightfall Prestige, Raid and Trials of Nine. I’d love to finish them all if possible.

What’s the best way to gain Light to 290?

They're piss easy to find on Titan thanks to the big glowing light that comes out of them and most of the areas being dark.

Make sure you have legendary mods on all the gear that you can, they add +5 to everything. You can buy and craft them from the gunsmith from 280 onwards.

I really enjoyed levelling a second.

You don't see the quest content again much at end game as there's no reason (yet) to re-run so it feels fresher.

If you ignore side content to level it's also pretty challenging as you're not out powering it.

If you need easy way to level up to the various gates - do a Heroic Public Event or two.

Don't forget to sent a Sparrow across too

That is one horrible Nightfall. We did it after about the 5th attempt, the boss is utter shitshouse. I have no idea how that got through playtesting.

What the strawberry float are the actual mechanics behind that boss anyway? Does he just bugger off after a set amount of damage has been done and come back after a certain amount of time or what?

Exactly that. It did seem random when he would disappear but because the damage drops so slowly I’m assuming it’s more to do with the amount of hits it takes.

There was far too much going on, the electric bombs so that you can’t jump, massive amount of enemies filling up the screen and on top of all that the boss has a camo suit :fp:

Gang Warfare is coming Tuesday!

Each of the factions of the Tower is having a rally to collect resources for its cause. They’re recruiting Guardians to gather supplies for their faction and destroy enemy resources. They’ll offer a suite of rewards to help the Guardians rise up against any enemy threats. As an incentive, each faction has set aside a powerful weapon to entice players to choose their side. The faction whose Guardians collect the most faction packages will be declared the winner. The winning faction will offer the weapon to everyone, but all who pledged loyalty will receive it with a huge discount as repayment for their contributions to their faction’s cause.

Arach Jalaal from Dead Orbit, Lakshmi-2 from Future War Cult, and Executor Hideo of New Monarchy will return to the Tower to ask you to pledge your loyalty. Before you can make this choice, you must first reach Level 20 and gain access to the Tower. You will only be able to pledge to one faction per character.

Once you have chosen your side, your mission will be to return to the wild and complete activities in support of your faction. You can do public events, explore Lost Sectors, complete strikes, clear the raid, or compete in the Crucible. As you complete these activities, you will be rewarded with faction tokens that you can turn in for packages full of loot.

You can earn faction Tokens to turn into your faction of choice all the way up until 2 AM Pacific on October 3. We will declare a winner later that day at 10 AM Pacific. Good luck Guardians, and may the best faction win!

It sounds exactly like how factions worked in the first game except you get a weapon for either next to bugger all or a ridiculous amount of glimmer depending on what one you joined :lol:

The weapons and armour are just all reskins.

To be fair the way to earn rep is a lot more varied - but year a lot of faff for one !unique" gun

Disappointed with the reskins...
