If people don't like the game I wish they would just stop playing instead of ruining it for everyone else.
My thoughts exactly. This has a much better end game than Destiny 1. The only way you could be hitting 305 and running out of things to do to progress is if you've played for nearly 48hrs - and i f you have, I want your levels of spare time. I love it. More than enough to keep me occupied.
My only small gripe is the necessity to arrange a fireteam for Nightfall and Raid outside of game. Why there's no match making (or at least some way to select / join fireteams that need other members) in game is beyond me.
Uh, there is actually now a thing called guided games which matchmakes you with people for the nightfall and Raid.
But yeah, I think it's good to remember that the subreddit is a very small percentage of the player base and that most people are happy playing the game once or twice a week and not every day.
As for the emote, why the heck they couldn't just disable the emote for a few weeks I don't understand. In Overwatch when there was a game breaking glitch with DVa (I believe) they disabled the entire character until it was fixed.
