Finally finished this last night, got my pacifist and no alerts trophies B)

No idea how many hours I put into the game, but far too many for a reasonable play time. But now I plan to blast through it in full murder mode so it will probably take me less than a tenth of the time

How did you measure it?

I haven't checked if the save file has a play time count, but it's obviously going to be way out because of all the reloads.

Yeah, but it's not front and centre like it was in MGS V, and so it can be forgiven for coming off hackneyed. If anything, there is originality in there in the sense that it's so well hidden.

Just the Steam time played. I didn't really do any re-loads so it was relatively accurate. Maybe knock an hour or so off for loading screens and whatnot I suppose.

I'm in Golem City (just got through the Narrows) - playing through this very slowy.

I think I've not killed anyone (although certain dialogue suggests I have) - but I've certainly been seen (barely) a few times.

When should I play Desperate Measures?

Season Pass is £25 quid - first SP pack in £10. Should I assume the second pack will cost >£15 - or are all the breach/boost packs in the pass increasing it's value" and the second SP pack will be £10 as well?

Managed to rack up over 60 hours on this for my first play through! I always play these things in a stealthy fashion which I took to some extremes for a lot of this game - aiming not to be seen by anyone, and to avoid even knocking people out where possible.

Between the extreme stealth approach and trying to make sure I explored as much as possible and read as many emails etc. as I could I guess I spent more time than I realised in the shoes of Mr Jensen (or did I!?!?)

Not too interested in doing a second run yet though, might go for a bit of a murder spree just to see what the improved shooting mechanics are like, but probably won't run through the whole thing again yet.

Late game (I think M13 or so) spoilers/spec

I'm not Adam Jensen am I?

My rescue from the Ocean is wierd and much later than when anyone should have survived

Eliza talked about me being different and the importances of memories.

Sarif talks about Jensen intermittently in the third person, that my mods aren't the ones he put in Adam Jensen and that "some conclusions you need to reach yourself"

I've just done the harvester mission which is all about TYM experimenting with implanted memories/behaviors

The notes around the people watching me are more about them monitoring progress..

And Manderly put me in TF29....I'm a mole!

The only thing I can't square it with is the fact I don't need Nerupozyn - last time Adam was a miracle break through...

And done - manged to get Pacifist (I didn't think I'd killed anyone...but the game kept saying I had in dialogue - so completely bugged), but didn't get Foxiest Hound (I'm sure no alarms went off!).

Managed to save everyone, including Miller. Lots of legging through invised. Even took down Manchenko (quick stun and then takedown!...pretty peasy)

The gameplay in the last bit was different and good fun (managed to take out all the guards unseen)

The ending is a bit abrupt - "We're going to for the leaders next time" - and then watching the TV to watch all the side mission stuff play out was a bit odd and heavy handed - effective presentation of news manipulation though...

Janus is that really shifty looking bald dude at the Illuminati right? Oh no the shifty doctor was a bad-un! Really didn't work out that she was checking my memories (either I'm a fake Jensen or a re-programmed original Jensen...sent to find/turn on Janus...

Next please!

Managed to final start this, after the awful, awful Dubai start I was expecting the worst. Frame rate is beyond terrible on PS4, which is still an issue but once into Prague, finally starting to get along with it. When the game is dark it looks fantastic but in the light, good grief it makes the game look dated. The bad lip syncing is just about passable but everything about this screams last gen.

Luckily the level design at the moment seems top notch but would could have been though...

This is only £13.50 on Steam just now in case anyone has somehow missed the deal.

Bought, obviously.

This is 14 quid on PSN until tomorrow. Is that the lowest it's been digitally? Is it not likely to get much lower? Just playing HR on PS3 at the moment, so not ready to play this right off the bat, but if it is unlikely to pop up cheaper over the next 3 months or so, I'd buy it now.

I encountered a game breaking bug and haven't played since. When you chose bomb maker mission or bank mission. I chose bank and every time I approach a certain door it freezes. Multiple patches later and it still won't work. Luckily it was my second playthrough but still disappointing.

I basically abandonded this due to the performance issues I was having on PC. My PC has finally gotten to the point where I can't feasibly play the bigger releases anymore. Tempted to pick up the PS4 version but I'll probably hold off and wait till I can upgrade or get a new PC.

Late to the party but picking this up after work from Tesco for just a fiver, can't wait to get into the moody cyberpunk world of....sunny Prague :slol:

Seriously though I'm looking forward to playing this, I loved Human Revolution (particularly the soundtrack) so if it's more of the same I'll be chuffed to have only paid £5 :toot:

Put some hours into this and it's just as good (if not better) than Human Revolution. Absolutely loving it.

I started with a strict no-kill policy, but had to break my own rule pretty early on in some drug lab in the sewers, lots of deaths. I then followed this up by killing a casino full of goons, but I spared the hysterical women running around. Paragon of virtue, me.

I've managed to get into lots of high security places and snooped around, but my hacking skillz are lacking billz so I'll have to level that up and return at some point.

I'm trying to avoid doing the main missions for as long as possible so I can explore every nook and cranny of the Prague locations, but I gather some bits aren't made available until you pass certain story milestones.

Great game.
