I've seen a video on Twitch for GTA: Vice City that had a chunk of it's sound silenced. Pretty sure it's all licensed music.

I've signed up to hitbox.tv but that's still relatively new. Not sure whether or not jumping to it would be the best idea seeing as Twitch will still retain a ton of members/viewers.
