Things might be bad but strawberry floating hell, Tony Blair would just make things even worse.

They're never going to reach out to the ordinary voters they need to win over...

Its because Jeremy has his eye on the next election when the only seats labour will hold will be the people's republic of North London.

I know it's probably just a coincidence but has anyone noticed the downward spiral started pretty much as soon as he left office? It's almost like he knew about the global recession before hand.

To be fair to Corbyn, the only two men in the country less likely to be Prime Minister are Farage and Blair.

He's still Deputy Leader, though.

The shocker is Jonathan Ashworth being appointed Shadow Health Secretary, seemingly in return for giving up his NEC seat (although sources close to him are saying that he had little choice - it was either accept the promotion under these terms or be sacked). The NEC has been on a knife edge, 18-17 against Corbyn. Now Corbyn has got Kate Osamor, one of his supporters, into this seat, so has a majority once again.

In other words, the Shadow Cabinet reshuffle has just been another big power play. Talks over Shadow Cabinet elections have clearly been ignored, so Labour MPs are not very happy. All talk of an olive branch has proven to be the usual bullshit.

In today's Mail on Sunday David Blunkett has written than the Conservatives' depiction of Labour as the new "nasty party", while a piece of clever political rebranding, is now "regrettably accurate".

Is he on Twitter? Ironically he's probably going to get a load of abuse for writing that now.

Plan to force firms to reveal foreign staff numbers abandoned

Justine Greening says data will not be used to ‘name and shame’ businesses, after proposal roundly criticised

Good to see May has carried over Cameron's back-pedalling policy.

It worries me that the government couldn't see what a terrible idea that was until people started criticising them.

I just checked Twitter. It appears as though David Blunkett doesn't have a twitter. There is just a deactivated account. Also most of the people tweeting about the news seem to be racists. There was a lot of comments using the hashtag "wantEnglandback".

Apparently two whips have resigned from Labour after another sacking:

So, yay.

PM’s decision means there will be substantive parliamentary debate on No 10’s strategy before UK triggers article 50

The Trump/Corbyn similarities are odd- both have devoted followers who won't accept any criticism and rage against the biased media, both outsiders who to the surprise of everyone took over their parties, both unwilling to criticise Russia, both essentially want to get rid of NATO.
